An electric intercity bus in Tamil Nadu en route to Coimbatore from Tiruchirappalli collided with a concrete barrier, leaving 21 passengers injured on Sunday. The incident occurred around 2:30 am on Karumathampatti flyover, when the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle. Soon after, smoke started rising from the battery. Passengers were evacuated before the bus caught fire.
