As many as 21 smuggled luxury cars worth P58.55 million (₹9 crore) were crushed to pieces by Philippines government on June 18. The cars included brand new McLaren 620R, used Hyundai Genesis, used Bentley 2007 and used Porsche 911 C2S, among others. The vehicles were shipped into Philippines by different consignees and seized on separate occasions from 2018 to 2020.
