A 21-year-old Indian national has been arrested in US on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and vehicular manslaughter after he rammed his truck and caused an eight-vehicle crash in California. Jashanpreet Singh entered the US illegally, according to reports. Three people have been killed in the crash and several others have been injured.
