23-year-old Sarika, suffering from cerebral palsy, clears UPSC in 2nd attempt

Sarika AK, who is unable to use her right hand and uses her left hand to control the motorised wheel-chair she moves around in due to cerebral palsy, has cleared the UPSC exam. The 23-year-old cleared the exam in her second attempt and has ranked 922. Sarika said she was shocked to see the results.
