240-million-year-old 'Chinese dragon-like' reptile fossil unveiled by scientists

Scientists have unveiled a new fossil, a 16-foot-long aquatic reptile from Triassic period dating back 240 million years, discovered in China. Dinocephalosaurus orientalis, species originally identified in 2003, has been compared to a "Chinese dragon" due to its long neck. "This discovery allows us to see this...animal in full for the very first time," National Museums Scotland's Nick Fraser said.
