A 25-year-old woman from Bethamcherla, Andhra Pradesh, suffered constant urine leakage after a hysterectomy due to three vesicovaginal fistulas. After two months of distress, she was treated at KIMS Hospital, Kurnool, where Dr Y Manoj Kumar performed a complex repair surgery. All fistulas were closed successfully, and the woman fully recovered, regaining confidence and a normal life.
