A 25-year-old woman's decomposed body was found in her flat on Sunday in Mumbai. According to reports, the police came to the flat after the residents of the building complained of a stink. The deceased was lying on the bed with a piece of a saree wrapped around her neck and the other half tied to the ceiling fan.
