Jimmy Donaldson, the 25-year-old American YouTuber better known as 'MrBeast', has bought an entire neighbourhood in the US for himself, his family and his employees, New York Post reported. In the last couple of years, he purchased at least five homes in the area. He purchased his own home when it went up for sale in 2018 for about $320,000.
