Moshe Holtzberg, who was two years old when he lost his parents during the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, arrived in Mumbai on Tuesday after nine years. Moshe on Thursday will accompany Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu to the Nariman House, where he lived at the time of the attack, to inaugurate a memorial project dedicated to the terror-attack victims.
