A 27-year-old woman, Alvina Kishoresingh, was found dead at her Navi Mumbai home with her throat slit. Based on the complaint, police registered a case against unidentified persons under section 103(1) of BNS. In another case, two individuals, Raj Uday Bhalerao and Yash Satish Garud, were arrested for allegedly kidnapping a 15-year-old boy and demanding a ransom of ₹12 lakh.
