27-year-old Nga Wai Hono i te po Paki, the daughter of late King Tuheitia Pootatau Te Wherowhero VII, has been crowned as Maori queen in New Zealand. She is the second ever Maori queen in the eight-dynasty reign of the Kiingitanga movement. King Tuheitia died in his sleep on Friday, aged 69, after heart surgery.
