28 children die of Chandipura virus in Gujarat

Chandipura virus death toll among children in Gujarat has risen to 28 after six more deaths were confirmed since August 3, the state government said. The total confirmed cases stand at 42, denoting that two out of three children found with the virus have died. There are 324 suspected cases spanning Gujarat and the border districts of Rajasthan.
