A 28 days old baby girl was allegedly raped by a 25-year-old man from Asif Nagla village in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. SP (Rural) Pankaj Pandey said the incident happened when her parents had gone to vote in Gram Pradhan elections. The accused is absconding and FIR has been filed by the father. Reports suggest the girl is critical.
