Supreme Court resolved a 29-year-old dispute that arose from altercation between neighbours over a ₹500 watch, leading to death of a man. SC closed the case, noting that two of three accused died during the pendency of appeal, while remaining one is well over 60 years of age. It reduced his five-year rigorous imprisonment sentence to the period already served.
