A 29-year-old woman collapsed and died in washroom of her office after she was denied sick leaves in South Africa. Gcina Dhladhla, who was struggling with exhaustion, allegedly informed her supervisors several times that she was feeling unwell. Her family said she submitted two medical certificates during weeks preceding the incident, but her requests for sick leaves were denied.
