A 295.6-kilogram fish patty, whose preparation was led by a Mumbai-based food and beverage company has been adjudged the world's largest by the Guinness World Records. The cutlet, which was prepared in Goa, is a popular seafood snack in the state. The patty, which had a height of 29 centimetres and diameter of 122 centimetres, was prepared in August 2017.
