A 45-year-old woman died after eating a toxic broccoli sandwich from a food truck in southwest Italy, marking the second death amid the botulism outbreak in the country. More than 17 people have been hospitalised, with the authorities seizing broccoli jars from the food truck business as part of their investigation into the outbreak.
