A CCTV footage of an incident in which a car ran over a two-year-old child in Karnataka's Bidar surfaced. In the video, the child can be seen running in a lane when the car suddenly turns and hits the child. The driver immediately fled the spot after hitting the child. The child reportedly died on the spot.
