Three people are in critical condition after a torn kite's string got entangled in a high tension power line and came in contact with them in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad, police said on Monday. The trio suffered severe burns and their clothes were completely charred, police added. They were taking a stroll on their terrace when incident occurred, police further said.
