3 deaf sisters distribute over 150 national flags in India's 'Silent Village'

Three hearing-impaired sisters from Jammu and Kashmir’s Dhadkai, known as India's "Silent Village", distributed over 150 national flags across the village as part of the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign. The sisters asked their father to bring fabric to make the flags. A villager said his four-year wait to see the national flag flying from rooftops had finally ended.
