3-eyed sea predator that lived 506 million years ago unearthed

Paleontologists uncovered a three-eyed sea predator with pencil sharpener-like mouth that hunted prey over 500 million years ago. The fossilised remains of one Mosura fentoni, nicknamed the 'sea moth', were found in the Burgess Shale of Canadian Rockies. The predator was approximately the length of an index finger. It also had flaps on both sides of its body for swimming.
