3 Indian dishes rank among world’s 50 best deep-fried dishes

TasteAtlas has released its list of the 50 best deep-fried dishes from around the world, and three Indian favourites have made the cut. Malai Kofta secured the 10th spot, followed by Chicken 65 at 32nd and Papri Chaat at 40th. The list also features popular fried dishes from countries including Japan, South Korea, Italy and Indonesia.
