Three joint owners of the building in Lucknow that caught fire, resulting in the death of 15 people, have been arrested. A fourth accused, identified as Suresh Kumar Sahu, was also arrested. Four government officials have been suspended over alleged lapses linked to the incident. An SIT has been formed and has been asked to submit report within seven days.
