Shimla Deputy Commissioner Anupam Kashyap said over three lakh vehicles entered Shimla in last two weeks and the district may see traffic reforms due to it. "Daily, around 20,000 vehicles, mostly from other states, are entering Shimla..traffic congestion is immense...it's undeniable," Kashyap said. "A final traffic strategy is being developed with coordination from all stakeholders," he added.
