Four migrants, including three children, drowned on Tuesday while trying to cross from Turkey to Greece after a boat in which they and 23 others sank off Greece's coast, the Greek Coast Guard said. Twenty-two others were rescued, it added. "This is the reality of the exploitation of migrants by criminal gangs in the Aegean (Sea)," Greece's Migration Minister tweeted.
