Four militants, including self-styled army chief of the banned Kangleipak Communist Party (Nongdrenkhomba), have been arrested from across Manipur, officials said. Two members of Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL), accused of extorting small businesses, have also been arrested. A 9mm pistol along with a magazine, a 36 HE hand grenade, and three 9mm live rounds have been recovered from them.
