3-year-old boy tied to chair for 3 hours, beaten at Delhi play school; caretaker arrested

A three-year-old boy was allegedly tied to a chair and assaulted at Makoons Play School in Maujpur area of Delhi. His father claimed that he was restrained for three hours and repeatedly beaten. His parents discovered the alleged abuse after he complained of ear pain and they noticed bruises. The police have registered POCSO case and have arrested a caretaker.
