3 YouTubers sue Apple, allege DMCA violations over AI training

Three YouTubers, Ted Entertainment, Matt Fisher, and Golfholics, sued Apple claiming it used their videos to train its artificial intelligence (AI) without even asking. They accused Apple of violating the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by unlawfully scraping millions of copyrighted videos from YouTube. They further blamed Apple for storing all videos in Panda-70 million dataset.
