A three-year-old girl drowned in a waterlogged alley outside her home in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad after heavy rain lashed the NCR on Thursday. According to reports, her body was found four hours later in nearly three feet of accumulated water. Family members and locals protested on NH-9, blaming severe waterlogging and demanding action against the civic authorities.
