About 30% of India’s dark stores are now in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, showing quick-commerce expansion beyond metros. These small warehouses for ultra-fast delivery are set to nearly triple to around 7,500 by 2030 from 2,525 today, driven by rising demand. This growth is creating new opportunities for developers and investors, says Savills India.
