More than 31 NCC cadets fell ill during a training camp at IIITDM campus in Jabalpur amid severe heatwave conditions. Cadets reported dizziness, vomiting, dehydration and weakness, following which they were rushed to hospital. Officials suspect heatstroke as the main cause, while food safety teams are also investigating possible food poisoning.
