IAS officer Sudhakar Shinde passed away at the age of 35 due to COVID-19 in Pune on Friday. Shinde was a 2015 batch officer from Tripura cadre. The Pune Municipal Corporation chief engineer and coordinator for COVID-19 had confirmed that his death was due to the virus. According to an official, Shinde was on leave for 15 days.
