360 ONE WAM to buy UBS India biz for ₹307 cr, UBS gets 4.95% stake
360 ONE WAM Ltd, the Indian wealth management firm, will acquire UBS AG's onshore wealth management business in India for ₹307 crore. The deal includes stock broking, portfolio management, and distribution. As part of the agreement, UBS will acquire a stake in 360 ONE through warrants for a 4.95% stake in 360 ONE WAM.
