As many as 37 students of a school in Kallakurichi fell ill on Monday, reportedly after consuming the mid-day meal served on the campus. Later, official sources said a lizard was found in the food. The meal, cooked for 89 students, was served around noon. Soon after eating, several children complained of nausea and vomiting.
