A three-year-old boy died after he fell from the eighth floor of a building through a window of the flat in Mumbai's Vikhroli (west) on Sunday night. The three-year-old's father had recently moved from Rajasthan and was running a medical shop. Residents alleged that despite requests for safety grills, the developer had not installed them in the 23-storeyed SRA building.
