Four individuals were arrested for vandalising St Mary's English School in Nalbari, Assam, damaging decorations, lights, and plant pots to disrupt Christmas celebrations. Some items were also set on fire. Further investigation is underway. Assam Congress condemned the act, blaming it on the "politics of hatred".
