Four persons have been arrested in connection with the murder of Harvinder Singh, alias Happy, the sarpanch of Patto Hira Singh village in Punjab's Moga, officials said on Sunday. The suspects were apprehended in Leh, where they allegedly fled to evade arrest, police said. Moga SSP Ajay Gandhi said a team led by CIA in-charge Inspector Daljit Singh traced the accused.
