Four people uploaded YouTube videos to make false claims regarding India's GG Engineering, including one claim that it received a ₹600-crore order from West Bengal government, a SEBI probe found. With such videos and by placing fake buy/sell orders, the accused manipulated GG Engineering's shares, making them jump up over 17%. SEBI fined the four accused ₹50 lakh.
