A four-and-a-half-year-old girl allegedly died after being beaten by her father for failing to write numbers from 1 to 50, police said. The accused, Krishna Jaiswal (31), initially claimed she fell down the stairs. However, the couple’s seven-year-old son later told his mother that the child had been assaulted, prompting her to file a complaint.
