A 41-year-old fitness trainer and bodybuilder died in a steam bath after an intense workout at a gym in Chennai, Times of India reported. The trainer has been identified as Yogesh, who won the 'Mr Tamil Nadu' title last year. He had taken a break from gym after winning the title and had recently resumed preparations for a competition.
