At least 42 people were killed and 49 others injured after a bus veered off a road and plunged down an embankment on a mountain pass in northern South Africa. Authorities said the bus was going to Zimbabwe and was carrying Zimbabwean and Malawian nationals who were travelling to their home countries. South African President Cyril Ramaphosa offered his condolences.
