The government has blocked access to 43 mobile apps for users in India. The action was taken based on inputs regarding these apps for engaging in activities which are prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, security of state and public order, the government said. Banned apps include AliExpress, Heroes Evolved, DingTalk and Alibaba Workbench, among others.
