With signs that the Great Resignation could be cooling down, 39% of CEOs have implemented a hiring freeze and 46% are considering downsizing their workforce over the next six months, according to the eighth edition of KPMG 2022 CEO Outlook. The report also mentioned that three-year view is more optimistic with only 9% CEOs are expecting a further reduced headcount.
