46-year-old sherpa becomes world's 2nd person to climb Mt Everest 26 times

A 46-year-old Nepali sherpa guide has become the world's second person to climb Mount Everest for the 26th time. Pasang Dawa Sherpa scaled the 8,849-metre peak on Sunday, a government official said. He equaled the record set by Kami Rita Sherpa last year. Kami Rita is currently climbing Everest and could set another record if he reaches the peak.
