A 46-year-old tourist woman from California, USA, was allegedly gang raped by two unidentified men in Dharamsala (Himachal Pradesh) earlier this week. The victim, who was on her first trip to India, filed a complaint on Wednesday, following which a case of rape was registered against unknown people. A special investigation team has been constituted to look into the case.
