There hasn't been an "iota of change" regarding its Kashmir policy, the Obama administration announced on Sunday. It's up to India and Pakistan to resolve the issue, a senior official said after Nawaz Sharif sought US arbitration in the Kashmir issue. Officials however voiced concerns over the effect of Pak-based terrorism on Indo-Pak peace-talks. India dismissed any scope of intervention.
