A four-year-old boy, who was rescued from a 200-feet deep borewell at a village in Madhya Pradesh's Umaria after a 16-hour operation, was declared dead by doctors. The child died of asphyxiation some eight hours before he was brought out of the borewell, the doctors said. He was pulled out of the borewell around 4 am on Friday.
