A stretch of a 500-crore road built by Bengaluru Development Authority began to sink four days before its inauguration. Loose gravel and visible damage was also seen on stretch of the road that connects Kadabagere Cross on Magadi Road with Mysuru Road. "How long will this go on? This is how unfortunate it has become," BJP MP Tejasvi Surya said.
