As Tamil Nadu remains on a pre-cyclone watch, 5,000 relief camps have been readied by state Department of Revenue and Disaster Management. As many as 12 teams of close to 400 personnel from the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) have been asked to remain on duty in several districts.
