Zuo Hui, the 50-year-old Founder of China's property major KE Holdings, died of an unspecified illness on Thursday due to "unexpected worsening of illness". His property company, China's largest platform for housing transactions and services, pulled off one of the strongest US market debuts of 2020. Backed by Hillhouse Capital and Tencent, it still ranks among SoftBank's most successful bets.
